Our newest version (2011) of the rule book is now listed online.  Please note that we have changed the numbering format so that it is easier to find a specific rule/paragraph.  All new changes are listed in red in the online version.   Due to many requests, we are also including the Constitution and By-laws in the new edition. 

PUBLICATION OF TRIAL DATES - All newly scheduled trials MUST be advertised on the NSTRA web site 4 weeks prior to running. Trials WILL NOT be sanctioned unless this deadline is met.
